Well, we have many exciting happenings going on at the Burgess household. Millie is officially mobile, has a bottom tooth (finally) and 8 months old. She has been scooting around for a while and sitting up but she is now CRAWLING! Millie is also able to pull up. She is just getting too big. It is super cute to see her scoot across the floor but I totally know what I am in for with two little pumpkins mobile now. WOW! We also tried the Johnny Jump Up which she Loved! Joshua desperately wants to get it in but he says, "it's Millies', I am too big." His vocabulary is amazing to me and cracks us up on a daily basis. He can talk to you as if he is an adult at times. Too silly. Right now he is into Madagascar (probably not even supposed to be watching it but its cute and he doesn't get the "adult" humor yet) so he loves I and II. Joshua actually had his first homework assignment at the ripe old age of 2. His school sent home a very large flower to decorate with things he likes. I will have to admit it was hard for me to let him do it and me not try to help but I managed to stay out of his way and it turned out great.
A little bath time reading for the two kiddos.
Okay, I didn't mean to blind him with the flash on this one, but had to show you all that he LOVES, LOVES, LOVES Madagascar the movie. These are all of the main characters. The Easter Bunny brought them and he goes to bed with them every night and wakes up having to carry them all to the den just like you see. HILARIOUS! Alex-the lion, Gloria-the Hippo, Melman-the Giraffe (his favorite), Marty-the Zebra and Private-the Penguin. Gloria is starting to edge Melman out of the favorite
