Well, August has been a busy month. Joshua had surgery on the 25th and lets just say the family jewels are OKAY! He will be so embarrassed that I posted this but he is such a trooper. Everyone is all better.

MILLIE'S BIRTHDAY AND OTHER FUN STUFF

Well, we have been busy and I have not had a chance to post for a while.  School is back and that means volleyball, late nights for mommy and daddy. We are adjusting to the schedules but it is super hard to be away from the babies.   Here are some fun pictures.  MILLIE'S BIRTHDAY PICTURES! I cannot believe our little princess is 1.  Happy Birthday to Nathan Matteo too!  He and Millie were born just hours a part.  Enjoy!

The Petting Zoo (more like the goat petting zoo)

Okay, so we went to the Oak Mtn. petting zoo with Aunt Dawn and cousins Meghan and Madison.  We had a great time.  We pet a pony, saw some chickens, donkeys, a pig and some sheep.  Lots and Lots of goats.  Goats are hilarious anyway and these were definitely no exception.

The pony was very sweet.  Meghan and Millie wanted to braid its mane (ha!).   was pretty much like petting Lola, our great dane.
All the goats had to come and head butt the stroller.  Millie didn't mind though, it gave her an opportunity to pet them.  We had a couple of the goats try to eat some parts off.
Other than the pen needing a little sprucing up, underneath the wings are her baby chicks.  
When we first pulled up to the petting zoo, this donkey needed a little attention and "hee-hawed"  so loud we had to go and visit it.

Millie's eye surgery & Gram's 90th birthday

Well, it's been a busy time as always.  That is not a bad thing because we have gotten to see many of our friends and family.  Millie had her eye surgery to fix her tear duct and it was 100% success.  We are so thankful.   Gram also Celebrates her 90th birthday on August 3rd so we threw a surprise party for her on Saturday.   It has been a terrific summer.   I am very disappointed that all the pictures I took were so grainy.  I am not sure what happened.  Hope you enjoy!
