We were so excited to have Aunt Missy visit this weekend. We had lots and lots of fun. Joshua and Millie were pretty much stuck to her side by the time she had to the leave, it was hilarious and sweet! Also, Lindsey and Natan had their baby shower this past weekend. We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of baby Shar! I know we will have a lot of good pictures and family time over the Thanksgiving holiday. I am also going to try and upload a video of the Burgess Bunch Band playing "Old MacDonald," on the pots and pans, featuring Joshua on the drums and Millie on the cymbals.

THANKFUL
We are all very excited about Thanksgiving. We are looking forward to having family and friends in town to celebrate. Joshua has been making many wonderful art masterpieces at school with turkey, pumpkins and all of the wonderful things that make us think of Thanksgiving. Most importantly though, he has been talking about all the things he is thankful for. It is too sweet. We have been working on some new meal time blessings and of course some wonderful songs. It is hard right now to keep focus on Thanksgiving with all of the Christmas stuff out, but we are keeping the focus on Thanksgiving right now, even though we get a constant request for Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. I can only imagine what this holiday season will be like, we are having a blast with these two. By the way, Millie's most common word "poopie" hilarious and she is so proud. Millie is getting bigger each day. She thinks she is as big as Joshua. She does so many funny things. Right now we have 6, that's right 6 passes in her crib. When we put her down to sleep she puts one in her mouth, switches it with another one, rubs one over her face. She'll throw one or two out of the crib and drop one or several behind the crib, so now you can see why we put so many in there. By the way, Maggie Katherine Bragan was born Nov. 4th. She is beautiful and Ella is a great big sister and a natural right off the bat. Congratulations to the Bragan Family.
Turn on your volume. We decided on a Raffi "Thanks A Lot" song for the blog to celebrate the Thanksgiving season.
One of our favorite, not necessarily safe, games. Hide and seek behind the curtains.
Turned the flash off so you guys could see behind the curtain. Too Funny!
Millie is all finished.....
